Don’t answer emails in the evening: Your email should not be available after business hours because this can cause distractions after dinner time as well as pull away time from your family. Even if there are no new messages coming in, checking emails just once an hour will only add more stress and anxiety to what is already a stressful situation.
5) Connect with colleagues

One is by teaming up with a colleague who works remotely and scheduling regular meetings so that you’re still in contact with people. Another is setting up an office outside of the house – no matter how small – where you can go and focus on work without distractions.
